Affiliate & Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Welcome to the REDACTED FOR SEX. Affiliate & Ambassador Program. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in our program and define the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

By signing up for the program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate in the program.

2. Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • Must reside in a country we ship to.

  • Must have a valid PayPal or payment account to receive commissions.

  • REDACTED reserves the right to approve or reject any applicant at our sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Participants will earn commissions based on successful sales referred using their unique affiliate code or link:

Tier Commission
Starter 10%
Booster 15%
Ambassador – Entry 20%
Ambassador – Core 25%
Ambassador – Premier 30%
Ambassador – Elite 35%

 

Commission is calculated on the subtotal after any customer discounts and before taxes and shipping.

4. Payments

  • Payouts are processed 45 days after shipment to ensure there is no fraud or product return.

  • Minimum payout threshold: $25.

  • Payments are made via PayPal (or another designated platform).

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are accurate.

5. Affiliate & Ambassador Responsibilities

  • Promote REDACTED in a respectful, accurate, and ethical manner.

  • Avoid false claims or misleading language.

  • Only use branding and assets provided or approved by REDACTED.

  • Do not engage in paid search bidding using branded terms (e.g., "REDACTED FOR SEX.").

  • Avoid spammy behavior (e.g., mass DMs, comment spam).

  • Abide by FTC guidelines regarding sponsored content.

REDACTED is not liable for anything you say or claim about the product, the drink, or the brand.

6. Perks & Rewards

Affiliate perks and rewards are distributed at each tier and may include:

  • Monthly product shipments

  • Store credit or cash bonuses

  • Swag kits and exclusive merch

  • Event and retreat invitations

  • Private community access

REDACTED reserves the right to update, pause, or change perks at any time.

7. Term & Termination

  • This agreement begins upon acceptance into the program and remains active until terminated.

  • Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason.

  • REDACTED may terminate or suspend accounts found violating these Terms or misrepresenting the brand.

8. Limitation of Liability

REDACTED is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising in connection with this program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you under this agreement.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
